The most valuable part of our business is human time: a person reviewing and carefully assessing the best way to deliver your video. A 48-hour rush video is our only truly premium service.
Payment
Honest and up front
Cash flow and chasing clients is the downfall of very small businesses. We are clear: payment is up front. But unlike most agencies, we let you pay month by month, so you can leave at any time without any penalty.
Think of it like the newer gym memberships. You won't be charged for another month, and we don't refund the month you've started. Unlike those gyms, though, stopping is really easy.

From first call to first video
- A 30-minute call.What you sell, who buys it, and the questions your customers always ask. You send a few photos of your premises.
- We build your presenter and sets.You approve the look, the voice and each set before any video is made. Nothing goes further without your yes.
- We write the scripts with you.Every claim is yours or approved by you, and a person reads every script before it's generated.
- We make, listen and check.We test the tricky words first, then a person listens to every finished video before it reaches you.
- You get finished videos.Captioned, labelled as AI, and ready to post. Music is added from each platform's own library when you post, so there are no licensing worries.
Straight answers
What the price does and doesn't cover
The price covers your presenter, the sets, the scripts, the making, the checking and the finished videos. It doesn't cover advertising spend or any paid promotion. We make the videos and you post them, so we never need a login to your social media accounts.
AI video still gets words wrong now and then, and a rendered room is never a perfect copy of the real one. We explain both on our Two Honest Limits page, so you know what to expect before you start.
